Students are required to complete a minimum of 40 hours of community involvement in order to graduate.  Forms can be downloaded and require a signature from both the supervisor of the activity and your parent/guardian.

St Gregory is looking for volunteers to help out with their carnival on Thursday June 16 from 4-8pm. You will be given dinner/snacks plus earn volunteers hours. Volunteers will help manage carnival stations. Please sign up in Guidance Office ASAP!!


Carleton Place is hosting an event called “The Man Cave” for Father’s Day weekend and need volunteers. The event is at Beckwith Park on Saturday, June 18th from 10am-6pm. Includes clean up/set up with children’s activities, consignment sale and more. You can work as short as four hours or a whole day for 8+ hours. Sign up in Guidance ASAP!!!



May 31, 2016 – Soccer Club

Soccer Club is hosting soccer tournaments the weekend of July 16, 17 (Girls) and August 13, 14 (Boys) at the Beckwith Fields. We require help from 7:00 am until approximately 5:30 pm each day. Task would include: Help with set up and tear down of tents, helping with canteen, handing out water bottles to refs at fields, picking up loose garbage on site, other odd jobs required with running a tournament. Bring your community hours sheet to be signed on the day.  Please send an email to Remember to include your name and contact information.

Connections in Carleton Place is looking for student volunteers to help stuff backpacks for kids throughout Lanark County. The date is Monday, August 15th from 9am – 4pm (bring a lunch) at Lanark Community Programs, 30 Bennett Street, Carleton Place.
