While looking at the forecast we are seeing that there is a possibility of an inclement weather day tomorrow (Friday Jan. 26th) due to more icy conditions in the forecast. If there is an inclement weather day on Friday, Jan. 26th we will follow the schedule below for exams.

Monday, Jan. 29th – 8am – Exam 1 (Week 1, Period 1)

Tuesday, Jan. 30th – 8am – Exam 2 (Week 1, Period 2)

Wednesday, Jan. 31st – 8am- Exam 3 (Week 1, Period 3)

Wednesday, Jan. 31st – 11:30 am – Exam 4 (Week 1, Period 4)


If Friday, Jan. 26th is NOT an inclement weather day, we will follow the schedule below, as previously communicated:

Friday, Jan. 26th – 8 am – Exam 1 (Week 1, Period 1)

Monday, Jan. 29th – 8 am – Exam 2 (Week 1, Period 2)

Tuesday, Jan. 30th – 8 am – Exam 3 (Week 1, Period 3)

Wednesday, Jan. 31st – 8 am – Exam 4 (Week 1, Period 4)

Students are invited to bring in 3 used uniform items between Monday Jan.22-Friday Jan. 26 in exchange for a free Dress Down day in Semester 2.

Are you in Grade 9 and looking for some help to get started prepping for exams & reduce some anxiety? Join us Wed Jan 17 - 2:30-3:30 in the cafeteria. Senior students will be available to help with general study skills and extra help in all subject areas.

For anyone looking to order spirit wear for Christmas, the cutoff date is this Sunday, December 10th. Anything ordered after this Sunday, may not be ready by in time for Christmas. The company is also closing for the Christmas break from December 24th to January 3rd. Orders can still be placed but they will only be fulfilled after January 3rd.

Every night at St. Mary's Parish from Dec 4-7 will be an advent retreat for all families. The retreat is for all ages. Join in for any or all of the evenings.

Please note that bus 1021U is cancelled today, Friday December 1st due to driver shortage.

The cafeteria will be closed today, Friday December 1st. We will be selling pizza at lunch as an alternative for those students who did not bring a lunch.

Bullying Awareness and Prevention week begins on the third Sunday of November each year to help promote safe schools and a positive learning environment. During Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week, Ontario students, school staff and parents are encouraged to learn more about bullying and its effects on student learning and well-being.

On Thursday, November 23rd we are wearing our mismatched socks to celebrate our uniqueness as part of anti-bullying week!
